Personal Information: As part of the KYC process, ONFIDO will collect personal information such as your name, date of birth, identification and facial recognition tools . This data is processed by our KYC partner, ONFIDO.

‍Blockchain Data: Information related to your blockchain transactions, including wallet addresses and NFT issuance, is recorded on the blockchain as this becomes your sudo anonymity at this point your data can be removed from the data center storage.

‍How We Use Your Information

To verify your identity during the KYC process.
To issue your membership NFT and grant you access to your DAO dashboard and financial information.
To comply with legal obligations and ensure the integrity of our platform.

‍Unique NFT as a Digital Business Card:

Upon successful completion of the KYC process, you will be issued a uniquely identified NFT linked to your profile. This NFT acts as a digital business card, providing you with a customizable on-chain identity within our DAO.

‍User-Controlled Information: Similar to platforms like LinkedIn, it is entirely your decision what information you choose to disclose on your digital business card. However, please be aware that any information you include will be stored within the DAO and will be fully transparent to other DAO members and publicly accessible.

‍Data Sharing and Retention: We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required for the KYC process through ONFIDO. Once your identity is verified and your NFT is issued, you can request the deletion of your personal data from ONFIDO’s platform.

Information associated with your NFT, including any user-disclosed data on the digital business card, will remain permanently on the blockchain grating you access safely to any DAO’s that you are participating within.

‍Your Rights

Request Data Deletion: You have the right to request the removal of your personal data from ONFIDO after the KYC process is completed (24hours request / 3 days removal. However, blockchain data associated with your NFT cannot be deleted or altered.

‍Access and Update Information: You may access and update your personal information at any time through your settings page within your member dashboard. For information disclosed on your digital business card, updates can only involve adding new data as existing data on the blockchain cannot be changed.

‍Security Measures: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, please note that blockchain data, such as wallet addresses, NFT information, and any disclosed details on your digital business card, is public and cannot be altered or deleted once recorded.
